30-Day Return Window
Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Mop & glass scraper: Must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts. Mop heads that have been wet or scrapers with blade marks cannot be returned.

  • Rags: Must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging. Due to hygiene, used or washed rags cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund fully.

Non-Quality Returns
You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund is for product cost only.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact customer service with order number and reason.

  2. We provide return instructions.

  3. Ship back (keep tracking).

  4. After inspection, new item ships within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timing
5–10 business days after we receive the return.
